Welcome to Makenzy Sapphire! An apartment designed not only with exquisite taste, but with our guests comfort at heart. One of the very few Mobility Friendly listings in Larnaca it has been designed with care and thought for an inclusive guest offering. Situated in the famous Makenzy area; our property is within walking distance to Makenzy & Finikoudes Beach. Places of interest, such as the Medieval Castle, Fisherman's port, Zenovia Shipwreck and the Salt Lake are literally moments away! Enjoy! The space Makenzy Sapphire is the perfect mobility friendly property in the perfect location! Our apartment is situated on the ground floor of Psarolimano Court A, with a private entrance, private gated parking and a cozy little balcony. The property is perfect for 6 guests plus small children and infants that can be accommodated with a baby crib. What we are most proud of for Makenzy Sapphire is the attention and careful planning of spaces to allow mobility assistance for guests that need this extra aid. A mobile ramp is provided at all times at our listing and a disability bathroom with a walk in shower, a shower chair and support bars for our gusts convenience. Furthermore, it is important to note that this property is located in the same building as our listing: Style By the Sea I Makenzy Brilliance, Makenzy Modern and our properties Style By The Sea I Makenzy Jewel and Makenzy Star are located in the building next door in Psarolimano Court B. Therefore, if you are a group travelling together you can all stay in the same complex in different listings and enjoy your stay in neighbouring apartments. Our apartment has recently been renovated although situated in an older building, with brand new floor boards, kitchen, bathroom and furniture. The interior is amazing combining style, comfort and design. For sleeping arrangements, there are 2 x double bedrooms with 2 x double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 x single beds. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite. For our infant guests we can also provide extra accessories such as a travel baby crib, high chair, car seat etc. so you can travel light and stress free in regards to bringing with you these extra necessities when traveling [extra charges apply]. Makenzy Sapphire allows comfortable living in the most perfect location in Larnaca as it is situated right in the center of our towns two most famous beaches; Finikoudes Beach and Makenzy Beach. Either beach is at walking distance and on route in either direction; bars, cafes, restaurants and plenty of tourist attractions and activities can be found. In simple words, the location is perfect, the property interior is amazing and we are looking forward to welcoming you for your best holiday yet! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment plus free private gated parking. Other things to note We are one of the very few properties that offer mobility assistance facilities. We provide a wheelchair ramp, walk in shower, shower chair and disability bathroom with support bars for our gusts convenience. Furthermore, our check in & check out times are super flexible so go ahead and request that early check in and late check out and make the most of your stay! If however, we have a same day check in / check out on the day that you arrive/depart; then please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we also need to take into consideration our departing or new arriving guests needs too :) Self-check in and self-checkout is available through our lock box service provided on premises and detailed instructions are given a day before arrival and departure. For toddlers and infants, if you will be needing a travel baby crib or a highchair; please do let us know in advance to arrange [extra charges apply for this option: 7.00 Euros extra per day]. Finally, we can also provide a car booster seat at 7.00 Euros extra per day if you are thinking of renting a car and will require this additional service. For the beach, we are happy to provide beach towels at the following charge: 2 x beach towels = 12 euros 4 x beach towels = 20 euros 6 x beach towels = 30 euros Additional Plus points included in the apartment, are a smart TV 65", a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a fridge, clothes drying rack, a clothes iron and plenty of wardrobe space is also available too. For parking, there is 1 x private parking available on the building grounds which is accessed by remote control, alongside plenty of free street parking. Important Note: All our properties are conducted with pest control, health & sanitation checks at the beginning and end of each season, yearly. And Our AC units go through maintenance and mechanical service once a year.
