Our home in the quaint and rural Quincy is steps from shops, cafes, and markets. After your outdoor adventures, relax and unwind on the garden patio or cozy up on the couch. Ideal for nature lovers, mountain bikers, and visitors seeking a stylish and adventurous escape steps from downtown. Other things to note NUMBER OF GUESTS: For groups over 4, the home best suits 5–6 guests who are couples or families, as there are only 4 beds available. WORK/CONSTRUCTION CREWS: Due to past issues with damage and cleanliness, we limit bookings from construction crews. Exceptions may be made for crews with consistent positive reviews, clear communication, and a history of respectful stays. At least one guest staying in the home must be listed on the reservation for direct communication with hosts. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space for everyone. PETS: Our home is a pet-free home. If any pets are observed on the property during or after a stay, a minimum pet fee of $200 per pet will be charged to the individual booking the stay. The pet will need to be removed immediately, and your reservation may be canceled without a refund. To protect our family members and guests with allergies, we request any service animals be disclosed prior to - or at the time of - booking in order to prepare additional required cleaning to the home. LATE CHECKOUT: Check-out is at 11 AM unless prior approval has been arranged. Guests who remain on the property more than 30 minutes past check-out without prior approval may be charged a late check-out fee of a minimum of $50. EV CHARGING: No type 2 EV charging is available at the house. There are type 2 chargers at Dame Shirley Plaza by the Plumas County Court House, and Tesla chargers in the Safeway parking lot. If you plan to charge with a Type 1 charger at the house, please let us know in advance and we can arrange a fair way to offset electricity prices. If you don’t let us know in advance, we reserve the right to charge a $25/night fee to offset the cost of electricity.
