It will be carried out a few days before your arrival. You'll get an email from SWIKLY inviting you to register your credit card on the site. A swik will be created as an alternative to the security deposit check. This is a bank transaction that secures our rental. You won't be charged or debited. The credit card imprint will be automatically canceled if the apartment does not suffer any damage. At the time of your departure, after inventory and verification of the apartment returned clean, in the event of damage, deterioration, restoration of the premises, redemption of machines/appliances or theft, the swik will be cashed in part or in full.
