A charming cottage in a very picturesque village about 4 miles north of Banbury. Well equipped kitchen , two good sized bedrooms. One king size double and one twin bedded room. The cottage was built 200 years ago and maintains many original features. The wooden staircase is fairly steep so caution is needed with children. There are two wonderful pubs within walking distance and many countryside walks to enjoy. The space The cottage includes entrance hallway with downstairs toilet and utility room, separate sitting room and kitchen and a charming garden with space to enjoy food and drinks outside. The cottage includes many of its original features including inglenook fireplace and low beamed ceilings. Upstairs there are two lovely sized bedrooms, one twin room overlooking the village green and one king sized double which looks over the garden. There is a third bedroom but this is used for storage and will be closed off to guests. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over. Please be aware that the staircase in the cottage is steep. Guest access You will have sole use of the house but please be aware there is a third bedroom which is closed to guests. Other things to note Allergy advice. Please be aware that when the owner uses the cottage herself she has her dogs with her.
