Located in the historic city of Bolsena, famous for the miracles of Santa Cristina and the beauty of the swimming lake, Poggio Gentili offers an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding region. The space The open-plan apartment can be reached via a staircase, and consists of a well-equipped kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove; a bathroom with a shower and washing machine; and a double bed next to a wardrobe. The harmoniously integrated accommodation for an open living experience is air-conditioned for your comfort. Outside, a pergola offers the ideal opportunity for outdoor meals even during the hottest hours, while also enjoying a glimpse of the Etruscan excavations. Dishes, sheets, blankets and towels included. Unlimited Wi-Fi available for guests. Guests can consult a specific booklet in Italian-English, with suggestions for excursions/daily visits to places of natural-archaeological interest and information on typical and local products of the area. The town center is within walking distance as well as the supermarket, laundry, pharmacy and other shops. You can also reach the lake with a pleasant walk. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. From July 2017, the Municipality of Bolsena applies a tourist tax of €1 per person per day, for the first week, which must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. From Bolsena you can quickly reach many places of interest such as Orvieto, Civita di Bagnioregio, the Terme dei Papi, etc. Guest access The private entrance leads to a lovely garden with a canopy, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent view of the lake. Privacy is guaranteed by the private road that surrounds the property. Your car can be parked for free in front of the house.
