The Nature Conservancy Raven Ridge Natural area composed of 363 acres with trails, cliffs, views and vernal pools is adjacent. Although very rural in nature there are grocery stores, restaurants and cafes within a 15 minute radius and Burlington and Middlebury are only 30 minutes away. The space The first floor features an open living area with a sunspace, living, dining and kitchen areas. The patio has a large eating area and the screened in porch has comfortable seating as well. Every room has lots of sunshine and views. The swimming pond is a lovely 5 minute walk through a meadow with a mowed pathway. Guest access You will have access to the first floor, outdoor areas and second floor bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note Aubergine, my beloved cat will be in residence. She mostly hangs out on the third floor. I'm hoping to find someone who loves cats and won't mind feeding her and scooping her poop!
