This space features a large open floor plan that comprises a spacious living room, separate dining, kitchen, laundry room, den and screened verandahs. A/C units are only installed in the bedrooms, as well as standing fans. The living room is equipped with a large ceiling fan. Mosquito screens are installed on all windows and doors to keep all the island's lovely pests at bay. You should find all the necessary amenities, space and comforts to ensure a relaxing stay, whether on vacation or a business trip. Guest access Access is though the double grill doors on the front verandah. Keys for the deadbolt lock and front door are secured in a lock box that is mounted on the blind side of the first round column on the car port. The key box has to be opened with a 4 digit code. Parking is available for 1 vehicle, behind the white Honda Vezel. Guest's vehicle should be positioned as close as possible behind the host's car, and to the left wall, so as not to obstruct movement of the other vehicles that are parked on the right side. Other things to note This 2 story home is comprised of 3 discrete and completely private apartments: A 3 bedroom apartment, a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment. This listing offers the largest apartment, located on the ground floor. Permanent tenants reside in the other two apartments.
