House on the banks of the Loire

Lovers of nature and the banks of the Loire, this house is for you! Our family home is on a 5000 m2 plot of land including a 3000 m2 orchard with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. We also have a henhouse if you want to collect fresh eggs! Our house is surrounded by vineyards and overlooks the Loire in a very quiet area. We are 2 km from the village where you can discover different shops and services. The space Our house has a ground floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, a master bedroom bed (160 for sheets), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a game room and two terraces with a plancha. Upstairs: two bedrooms with a single 90 cm bed (for sheets) per bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet. We also have a travel cot, 1 changing table, 2 table springs. In the basement: a garage, laundry room with washing machine, a freezer, two adult bikes including one that is electric, 1 child bike, 1 child seat for bike, a ping pong table, outdoor games etc. Under a courtyard there is a play area for children (trampoline, sandpit, slide, basketball hoop, etc.) Other things to note Parties are forbidden.
