Time Out!

Quiet and well appointed, Time Out! Is not a punishment, but a place to relax, regroup, and refresh. Spacious and comfortable, it has all the amenities of a home—fully equipped kitchen, baths, workspace, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable TV, and dining area. A heated community pool is available. The neighborhood has no through traffic—ideal for walking or running. Nearby are shopping and eating establishments, Lakeland-Linder airport, Publix headquarters, and I-4 for travel to Tampa or Orlando. The space Comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath 968 sq ft condo, spacious living/dining room, kitchen, and laundry. Two private patio areas, one off the master bedroom the other off the living room allow private lounging, sunning, entertaining. There is a propane fueled fire pit for your enjoyment as well. There is an 18 hole golf course across the Main Street and a heated (83 deg) community pool and covered pavilion a short walk away. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Available in the unit is a Pack-and-Play and a high chair. I have attempted to make the unit as childproof as practicable, but I urge guests to closely supervise youngsters. The Master bedroom has a computer/writing desk and WiFi printer. Guest access The heated community pool is a short walk away as is the covered pavilion for cookouts and entertaining. Go to the street, turn right, and the walkway to the pavilion and pool is about 100 yards on your right across from the two driveway pillars on the left side of the street. There is parking for two vehicles. Please utilize these only. Other things to note There is a Publix supermarket and several fast food and local restaurants within a two mile radius (see map in photos).
