The space The apartment is not overlooked and permanently bathed in light (sun in the bedroom in the morning, in the living room in the evening), with a view of the rooftops of Paris (in the distance: Pantheon, Montparnasse, Beaubourg). It consists of: a living room with sofa and a table for 4 people, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher included), a bedroom with double bed (140x200), bathroom, separate toilet. The apartment is very pleasant to live in (renovated in 2022), and the furniture alternates modern equipment and antique designer furniture. The 19th arrondissement is the ideal place to experience Paris like a local: a village feel with numerous food shops and restaurants while remaining 15-20 minutes from the center and 30 minutes from tourist areas. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet street and at the crossroads of dynamic Belleville, the large Buttes Chaumont park, the different high viewpoints over all of Paris, shops and public transport. The neighborhood is very well served and allows you to easily reach several areas: ~20min from Pigalle/Sacré Cœur with metro 2, ~15min from the center (République, Marais) with metro 11 and easily reach lines 1, 14 and 8 to navigate the rest of Paris (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Guest access The whole apartment is available to the guests. Other things to note Please note there is a self-check-in system available from 2 pm until 8 pm. To check in, you should pick up the keys from the keybox. ********************* The accommodation is managed by the Snap Flat concierge, available 7 days a week (10am-8pm). In the apartment, all of our guests are supplied household linen, amenities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper...) and one big towel per person, along with a hand towel and bath rug. Luggage drop off/holding is not available before check-in or after check-out.
