See further details in 'Your property' sec The space Spacious open plan studio loft for 2 people (4 if large sofa is opened to a sofa bed). Fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, 3-seater sofa, dining table & 4 chairs, window seat, bathroom in a separate room with bath & hand shower attachment, loo and wash hand basin. The studio's sofa can open to a sofa bed that can accommodate a further 2 people or a second person if 2 people want separate beds. This is at an additional charge of £30 per person per night for provision of linen and if at all possible needs to be pre-arranged. WIFI is fast but you may need to use WIFI calling with your mobile as mobile coverage can be intermittent in this rural location. Smart TV - Well over 100 channels available to view but please bring your own login details if you wish to watch paid for apps such as Netflix, Prime etc. Outside space with table and benches. Charcoal fired BBQ available on request. Please bring your own charcoal. A maximum of 2 pets allowed subject to approval. Additional cost applies. See Additional Charges when booking. Please ensure pets are not allowed on any furnishings including sofa, window seat and bed. To be kept on a lead and under control when outside given there are animals including horses, sheep, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats on the smallholding. Please go straight down the drive past the turning circle and park alongside and to the right of the brick garage. The Bird Loft is above the garage. Other things to note The Bird Loft Studio is close to must see places like the Bluebell Railway, Sheffield Park Gardens. Wakehurst Place (part of Kew Gardens), Borde Hill, various National Trust properties, Ashdown Forest, the South Downs National Park (including the famous Seven Sisters) and a number of vineyards including the Bluebell Estate and Rathfinny Estate. Weirwood reservoir offers water sports. There are a number of good pubs in the area including The Sloop (which is walking distance), The Cat at West Hoathly, The Crown at Horsted Keynes and the Jolly Sportsman at East Chiltington. There are a number of local artisan breweries whose tap rooms are open on a Friday and Saturday nights. These include The Hairy Dog at Wivelsfield Green and Missing Link at West Hoathly. Nearby towns include Lewes, Brighton and Tunbridge Wells. Gatwick airport is 40 minutes drive and Haywards Heath station is just 10 minutes away.
