A mini-split in the bedroom ensures your comfort in every season. Our full bathroom is designed for your convenience and comfort. It features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, along with a full-length mirror on the bathroom door, ensuring you have everything you need to start your day refreshed. Relax on the patio, gather around the fire pit with chairs, or soak in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful views of the South Fork Shenandoah River. A grill is also available for your outdoor cooking needs. The river is approximately 25 yards from the house, with about eight steps to descend at the edge of the property down to the water. Our sun porch is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of nature from the comfort of home. Equipped with ceiling fans and ample seating, it's an ideal space for working remotely or savoring your morning coffee.
