There is about 0.5 mile of dirt road to get to the property. 4WD is not necessary to get to the home, but always helpful to explore the entire Joshua Tree area, particularly during rainy season. The desert is a magnificent place but if you’re unfamiliar with this landscape, it’s also dusty, full of cacti, and home to a plethora of local wildlife, including bugs. Our property sees daily visits from coyotes, Jack rabbits, road runners, and occasionally, snakes and bobcats. Please respect the wildlife and admire them from a distance. Keep doors closed so as to not allow any unwanted visitors from taking refuge inside. EV charging is available. If you need to use the EV charge and you have another vehicle other than a Tesla, please let me know within 2 days of booking as I will need to provide an adapter.
