Guest access Casa Ébano is located fifty minutes from the Huatulco International Airport; from there, access is easy by the federal road that goes from Santa María Huatulco to Pluma Hidalgo, with an approximate 50-minute tour. You can also get there by the new highway Oaxaca-Puerto Escondido, in a time of approximately 3.5 hours. Or the traditional and magical route that starts from Oaxaca and passes through San José del Pacífico, with impressive landscapes; in this case the tour can be 4 to 5 hours. From Casa Ébano you can access in an average of an hour to the bays of Huatulco and in two hours to Mazunte and nearby beaches. So you can start the trip early and go back to sleep at the House, under the coat of the mountains.  The best time of year to visit Casa Ébano is from October to February, for its radiant sunrises and its star-populated nights.
