Description

Surrounded by nature, this room provides an unforgettable view every sunrise, which fills us with energy to undertake the exploration of the environment or simply to abandon oneself to contemplation and reflection from the hammocks hanging in their corridors.  Here visitors can rest and forget the strenuous rhythm of city life. Casa Ébano is, more than a space, an atmosphere where the senses dilate before the magnificence of nature. The space The room has a full bathroom, the living room and dining room for 6 people, kitchen, gas oven and wood oven, a front patio for yoga or just to contemplate the landscape. Her design was in charge of architect Claudina López, whose works have redefined the physiognomy of the majestic City of Oaxaca and have achieved international recognition. The VILLAGE Pluma Hidalgo, Oaxaca, is a picturesque corner at 1500 masl, where the cold forest and low deciduous jungle meet. Founded around 1870, the population has been dedicated for over a century to coffee cultivation, although today the crops have been diversified to maintain the economy of the place. Its streets and alleys give us unexpected and breathtaking views of the coast or the forest. Around Pluma there are still active coffee farms, where you can see everything related to the planting, harvesting and treatment of coffee. Some local producing families have achieved renown by getting top spots in the Gold Cup contests held annually nationally and internationally. Pluma Hidalgo ACTIVITIES is one of the best places nationwide for bird watching. There are routes of varying degrees of difficulty for those who practice mountain biking or hiking. You can know everything related to the coffee culture through tours to the neighboring estates. Photographers will have ideal scenarios for capturing trees, plants, flowers, mountains, birds and small mammals. And for those who need to simply disconnect from routine and technology, here you will find the ideal conditions for it. Guest access Casa Ébano is located fifty minutes from the Huatulco International Airport; from there, access is easy by the federal road that goes from Santa María Huatulco to Pluma Hidalgo, with an approximate 50-minute tour. You can also get there by the new highway Oaxaca-Puerto Escondido, in a time of approximately 3.5 hours. Or the traditional and magical route that starts from Oaxaca and passes through San José del Pacífico, with impressive landscapes; in this case the tour can be 4 to 5 hours. From Casa Ébano you can access in an average of an hour to the bays of Huatulco and in two hours to Mazunte and nearby beaches. So you can start the trip early and go back to sleep at the House, under the coat of the mountains.  The best time of year to visit Casa Ébano is from October to February, for its radiant sunrises and its star-populated nights. The rainy months are from June to September. Throughout the year the fog may surprise us when we arrive in the afternoon, like a passing visit that overwhelms with its beauty.
