The space The 55 m² apartment close to the port, located on the 1st floor of a house without elevator, is fully renovated, equipped, and has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with fresh local products, which you can enjoy quietly away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. A 27 m2 living room-kitchen with sofa bed for peaceful evenings can be transformed into a bed if necessary. The 18 m² bedroom is bathed in natural light, it offers you absolute comfort for peaceful nights with its 160 cm bed but also the 90 cm bed convertible into 1 of 180 cm or 2 90 cm pull-out beds. And for those who want to stay connected, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A free parking space in the common garden and access to the garden with common BBQ and private garden furniture complete this property. Equipped kitchen side: Dishwasher, Washer-dryer, traditional oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob. Here everything is done for your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and towels and kitchen linen are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation via a shared staircase in the house. Flexible check-in according to availability, from 4pm Flexible check-out depending on availability, no later than 11 a.m. Possibility to park bicycles in the cellar assigned to the accommodation. Other things to note 💡 Use of the sofa bed In some configurations, a sofa bed is available in addition to the bedrooms. This bed can be used, in particular, when the double bed is occupied in a single-occupancy configuration (one person per bed). If you would like to use this bed, please let us know before you arrive so we can provide the necessary linen. Please also let us know if you prefer the sofa to be prepared or not upon arrival or left in sofa mode. A fee of €25 per stay may be applied for the supply of linen and the preparation of the bed.
