House Space This is a newly renovated and fully furnished single-store house on an approx.598 m² sqm hence all the rooms are a very good size with 3 bedroom, Sunroom, larger living room, 1 bathroom home situated in a beautiful quiet peaceful area. Spacious lounge with polished timber floors, a laundry with a washing machine, a separate toilet, a modern kitchen, and a dining area with access to a beautifully landscaped courtyard equipped and outdoor seating. This listing is the entire house, so you will have access to the whole place during your stay BUT The backyard can be accessed at any time and is shared with other guests in Bungalow/unit placed in the backyard of the main house. This accommodation also provides free unlimited WIFI along with secure parking in the front yard. Or there's free all-day parking at the front of the townhouse or along the streets, depending on availability. If you plan to stay for a month or over, you can enjoy a 15% discount on your booking. Just a quick note regarding late check-out: If arranged in advance, the late check-out fee is $30 per hour (e.g. check-out until 12:00 pm would be $60). For same-day requests, the fee is $50 per hour (e.g. check-out until 12:00 pm would be $100). We always encourage guests to book late check-out in advance so everything can run smoothly for everyone, as we need to reorganise our cleaning team at short notice. Thank you for your understanding. Please read all the house rules carefully before making any bookings. To get to my place from Melbourne Airport, you would need to catch an Uber. It’s about $40 AUD. There are no direct train or buses available.
