Guest access In this small gated community, guests have access to all areas of the house, the community pool, and the common area at the lake that sits directly behind the pool. Guests have direct access to the lake from the common area. Guests may swim, fish, or launch kayaks, paddle boards, or even jet skis if the water levels are high enough. Other things to note There is a small gas station/convenience store 1/4 mile away- right on the corner of 13th Ave NW and N High St.
