I’m back hosting after a four year hiatus and ready to welcome old and new guests alike! I have a modern fully self contained ground floor, one bedroom apartment in my residential home with its own private entrance. Less than one minute walk to family friendly sand beach. 10.5km/10mins drive to Hobart International Airport and 20-25mins by car to Hobart City centre. Located in a quiet residential area with free street parking. Bus stop 3mins. The space Relax and unwind in the living area with a sofa, flat screen TV with linked Netflix account, BOSE wireless speaker, and tea and coffee making facilities. Separate Kitchenette/Laundry area with microwave, airfryer, induction cooktop, electric frypan, rice cooker, saucepans, and toaster. A new Bosch washing machine is provided for guests to use with limited detergent supplied. A clothes dryer is also available. Separate bathroom with shower, toilet and all essentials. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a hotel grade mattress. Quality linen used throughout. The apartment has three separately programmed wall mounted panel heaters ensuring that guests are comfortable even when the weather outside is less than friendly. Beach towels are provided for guest’s use. Light breakfast provisions for the first night only. Guest access Self check in available. Guests will be asked to nominate a four digit code which will be programmed into a key safe allowing entry to the apartment.
