With spacious accommodations for up to 6 guests, Nootka is ideal for families. Well behaved pets are welcome. The space Embrace the charm of Nootka House, featuring 3 cozy bedrooms, 2.5 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. Indulge in the cedar barrel sauna, Beachcombers hot tub, and ample deck space. Delight in quality furnishings, a flat-screen TV, stereo, and private entrance. Explore our beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with a communal picnic table, firepit, and lawn furniture for soaking in the serene atmosphere. The house offers a private wrap-around deck, BBQ, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and two parking spaces. Additional paid street parking is available (no overnight parking). Guest access Guests will have access to the main house, two parking spots, front yard and large backyard. Spacious front lawn is exclusive to you. The backyard with the fire-pit is shared. Other things to note In accordance with Tofino city regulations, we maintain a licensed status by offering secondary suites for long-term rentals. Please note that long-term tenants reside on the property; however, your paths will not cross. Cable TV is not provided, so we recommend bringing your own entertainment. A TV in the living room is available for connecting your devices. We also provide an Apple TV box, giving you access to Netflix and your Apple TV content. If you plan to do so then either leave dog back at your home or bring it with you anywhere you go. This is in light of damages we sustained due to dogs left behind as well as substantial noise that they create by barking while you are gone.
