Welcome to your midcentury modern home in Belmont! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers style, comfort, and a central location. The living room also has a small desk under the large smart TV, should you need to work during your stay. Enjoy board games and puzzles while you hang out with friends and family in the living room as well! The 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed, and one with a queen bed) are thoughtfully furnished with cozy linens and ample storage - both closets and dressers. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. The 2 bathrooms have all the essentials you need (including clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The heart of the home is the fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you might need. There is also a Keurig Duo, which has a coffee pot and single-serve (pods provided!). In addition to the coffee maker, there is an electric tea kettle + tea bags. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient laundry area, equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the front and back yards, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee on the front porch glider or back porch table and chairs. There is also a propane grill! Guest access You will have access to the entire property except the owner’s closet in the kitchen and shed in the backyard. You will receive a 4-digit code to open the front/back door before your arrival. Other things to note Guests must be 21+ in order to book. Only guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay overnight in the home. Unauthorized guests will result in you being asked to leave the property without a refund. Parties are not allowed. A $250 fee will be charged if a party is held. If you plan to have a gathering with friends/family who are not staying at the house, please let me know ahead of time. No smoking permitted inside the property and if smoking outsides all butts must be out in the trash. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking or evidence of smoking in the home. No pets (due to owner allergies). The cleaning fee includes full cleaning upon check-out and inspection. It also includes all clean linens including sheets, comforters, bath towels and wash cloths. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, trash bags, and laundry/dishwasher pods are provided.
