New apartment with great view

Beautiful and new apartment in the Central Dalmatia Dugi Rat (built in 2024) , with it's wonderful beaches and lot of sun. Just 22 km from Split, 35 from Makarska and 5 km to Omiš! It is comfortably for 7 people. Located 100m from a beach. Apartment exudes a family atmosphere. View at the Adriatic Sea and the island of Brač are a delight. Two parking places in front of the house for our guests. Cleaning and taxes are included in the price.. The space Big comfy nice apartment is a great starting point for your holiday and sightseeing surrounding cities Omis and Split. The apartment has 87 m2. There is a barbecue available. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Internet and satellite TV.. We have a washing machine, but we don't have a dishwasher in the apartment. Guest access The guest can use everything in the apartment. Other things to note PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES 1. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...) 2. Produce no noise after (11.p.m.), other guests are sleeping. If you like to party in the apartment late at night, (you can party on the beach) it is better to avoid this apartment 3. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture 4. No smoking in the apartment, only on the balcony. 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
