The apartment is perfectly located in Utrecht, from this quiet, cozy neighborhood you can walk into the city center, to cafes, restaurants and shops. The space THE ACCOMMODATION The large, stately windows of this beautiful old building already reveal that this was not a home in the past. At the beginning of the last century, there was a vegetable shop here! It has now been transformed into a beautiful, unique, warm, and stylish home with lots of plants and fine furniture. Here you are guaranteed to have a wonderful time. There is a nice and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is a cozy sitting area that is equipped with a nice sofa and armchair. There is a smart TV for your convenience. If there is a third person, the sofa can be made up with bedding. Board games are also available. The separate bedroom is equipped with a lovely, sturdy king size futon bed. The bathroom has everything you need: a lovely hot shower and a clean toilet and sink. At the front of this beautiful building is a bench between the plants to enjoy the sun and the neighborhood outside. THE NEIGHBORHOOD This house is located in the great neighborhood of Wittevrouwen. This neighborhood is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Utrecht, because you live quietly in a cozy neighborhood with lots of greenery, and at the same time you have the city center nearby. On the corner, you will find a neighborhood restaurant, local supermarket, a bakery, and a cozy coffee shop. The green Griftpark can be found on one side of the street, and on the other side the best ice cream parlor in Utrecht, Roberto Gelato. Furthermore, you can walk straight onto the Singel, a beautiful walking path that takes you along the water into the city center of Utrecht.
