Any additional guests beyond 2 will incur an extra fee per person, per night. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking to ensure accurate pricing. 🏊‍♂️ Pool Access • Free for up to 3 registered guests • ₱300/person if more than 3 guests • Must be booked in advance (pool use is not automatic with your stay you must request access with the admin office) • Open Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM (closed Mondays for maintenance) • During rainy days, some roads in Cebu City may experience flooding, which could make commuting to the subdivision more difficult. We recommend checking the weather and local traffic updates before your trip. • There’s a minor ceiling leak in the bedroom that only shows up during heavy rain in Cebu City. We’ve already placed a bucket to manage it, and since it’s away from the bed, your stay will remain comfortable. The condominium contractor will handle the repair once their schedule is set. • Heads up if you’re driving: The road to the subdivision is a bit bumpy—just your usual “Philippine road massage” experience. Drive slow and steady, and you’ll get there just fine! • The owner/management is not liable for any incidents. • Please inform us of any visitors. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge and are strictly prohibited. All visitors must be approved by the host before arrival. Approved visitors are allowed only until 9:00 PM. Anyone staying beyond this time will be considered an extra guest, and an extra guest fee will apply. • Additional cleaning services are available upon request and subject to approval. These services include thorough cleaning and fresh linens, and will incur a fee of ₱450 per cleaning to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during your stay. • In the event of a power outage, a generator will not be available for use, and if the Wi-Fi is down, we unfortunately don’t have backup prepaid or pocket Wi-Fi. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you plan accordingly. • Cooking Restrictions. Avoid cooking bulad (dried fish), durian, strong-smelling foods, or deep frying inside the unit. Violations may incur a cleaning fee of ₱3500-₱5000. Cooking outside the unit is against condo policy. --- NO CAR PARKING
