Clementina's House

Hello! My name is Clementina, I am 27 years old and I am an archaeologist. My house offers an unforgettable view of Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as having a large window from which you can see the sea and the island of Ischia that offers unforgettable sunsets and sunrises every day. The apartment is 3 km from the Roman villas of ancient Stabia and 6 km from the archaeological park of Pompeii. The house is located 2 km from the Circumvesuviana line with which you can reach the Sorrento peninsula or Naples. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a family condominium, without an elevator. If necessary, two parking spaces for motorcycles/scooters are available for a fee in the underground garage. The apartment consists of a large living area, equipped with a large dining table, sofa bed, armchairs and fireplace (not usable in the summer months). The kitchen/living room is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, kitchenette, all the furnishings (plates, glasses, pots, etc.) and a convenient espresso machine. The kitchen overlooks a small terrace equipped with a coffee table and chairs provided if necessary to enjoy dinners or aperitifs outside. The bathroom has a window and offers, like all rooms, an exceptional view of Mount Vesuvius. The bathroom is also equipped with a hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment has two bedrooms: one double and the second with a bunk bed. The whole house offers closets and ample space to store personal belongings and a fan. The price includes: bath towel set, bed linen set, 2 coffee pods per day for each guest, Wi-Fi and washing machine. The building has a private underground garage that is able to accommodate motorcycles and scooters. Air conditioning is only installed in the living room, therefore, guests are provided with two fans in the summer months. Guest access The entire apartment is for the total and exclusive use of guests only. Other things to note Pets are allowed but must always be kept on a leash inside the stairwells leading to the apartment.
