The Deluxe Apartment is a spacious 70 m2 apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the Merwede Residence. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, two private bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed, TV and dining table. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a TV. The apartment's advantage is a balcony with a side view of the sea. The architecture of the Merwede Residence is intimate and three-storey, perfectly fitting into the characteristic style of Brzeźno. The apartment building consists of 76 units, which are modern and comfortable spaces for living and relaxing in the heart of the Tri-City. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment. Other things to note Parking is available on-site in a two-level garage (2m high entrance). The cost of parking is 50 PLN/day. The number of parking spaces is limited, you must make an additional reservation before arrival. At your request, we can equip the apartment with a travel cot for a child up to 2 years of age, along with bedding. Cost PLN 150/stay.
