Sukoon is a well designed and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom Villa located in Yelagiri. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town, this villa has a large private lawn and lush tropical garden and is the perfect family get away to relax and wind down. It is a place for nature lovers. Here you can hear multitudes of birds chirping, watch the moon rise over the hills and go on treks through beautiful trails. The space LIVING & DINING Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a spacious living area with comfortable seating. Adjoining the living space is the dining area that can seat up to 6 guests. The Villa is equipped with : - Induction Stove - Mixer - Toaster - Kettle - Basic Cookware - Basic Serve ware - Refrigerator We do not provide any ingredients. If you are looking to cook, kindly bring all the necessary ingredients. GARDEN The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lush green lawn and fruit trees. OUTDOOR DINING AREA One of our most favorite spot in the garden is the beautifully designed outdoor dining area placed under an age old jackfruit tree. GAZEBO There is also a gazebo in the lawn. Here you can enjoy your morning cup of tea or watch the moon rise. OTHER SPACES - Private terrace with hill view - Dedicated work desk - Free Parking facility is available inside the property. Guest access You have access to the entire space including the garden with gazebo and outdoor dining area. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note - ​Please remember that you're staying in a home and not a hotel. Kindly treat the space with respect. - Breakfast is included in your stay. We can also provide a simple South Indian lunch on pre-order basis. - We can host only a maximum of 6 guests. Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - The kitchenette has basic cooking equipment. Please bring all necessary ingredients if you are looking to cook. - A Security deposit of Rs.5000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 24 hours after checkout. - We are located in a very peaceful locality, we request you to please respect our surrounding and be mindful about loud music. - Late checkouts and early check-ins are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. It is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all guests. - We provide soap, shampoo bar and a basic dental care kit. - Smoking indoors in strictly prohibited. You may smoke in the balconies or the garden. In case of smoke smell inside the house, please note that we charge a fine of Rs.5000/- - Our property is located adjacent to a village. There may be music from the temple during early hours and late evenings during auspicious months.
