Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, and offers stunning views of the mountains. The accommodation has a private indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, to relax in a zen and soothing atmosphere. If you would like to have a second room, please let us know when you book. We will prepare the bed linens and clean. In this case, a supplement of 30 euros will be applied. Due to the sloping terrain, sounds from the terrace travel directly down to the homes located below, a few dozen meters away across the street. An ordinary conversation echoes there so clearly that it seems to come from their own garden. There are also other guests staying below this accommodation. For these reasons, this space is especially suitable for people looking for a peaceful rest. Playing music on the terrace is not allowed, and only normal everyday noises are permitted. To preserve this tranquility, a sound monitoring system is installed, which sends an alert when laughter or voices exceed a certain level continuously. This villa includes two apartments: one on the garden level and the other on the ground floor with mezzanine. Your apartment is on the ground floor and mezzanine. Guests are staying in the garden level apartment. However, you do not have any common areas with guests on the lower floor and there is no opposite, either on the terrace or inside or outside the building. Only the outside staircase leading to the entrance is shared. Your home of about 76m² offers a comfortable living space as well as exclusive access to a 28m2 indoor pool/hot tub, including massage jets and bubbles, as well as a sauna. The swimming pool has double access: from a bathroom equipped with a shower and through a large bay window overlooking the 46m² terrace with unobstructed views. The dimensions of the pool are 6m x 2.8m x 1.4m deep. This pool is a private area attached to your home and is open only for you 24 hours a day. You have no common areas with guests on the upper floor and there is no opposite, either on the terrace, inside or outside the building. Only the outside staircase leading to the entrance is shared. Your home consists of a bedroom of about 10m² with a bed of 160cm x 200cm, and a mezzanine bedroom of about 16m² with its own shower room and toilet. It is equipped with a bed of 160cm x 200cm and a drawer bed for two people. The home has a cathedral lounge with large floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the mountains. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, including an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an induction plate, a fridge and a dishwasher. Dining area is also available. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets are present in the unit. You also benefit from a private terrace of about 46m² with panoramic views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles, equipped with a barbecue, table and outdoor chairs. Many activities are available nearby, such as walks, hikes, skiing and paragliding. Guest access You will have access to the upper ground floor of the house where the pool and terrace are located as well as the mezzanine. Other things to note Attention: In case of two guests you will have a room available. If you would like to benefit from a second room, please let us know when you book. We will do the bed linen and cleaning. In this case the additional 30 euros applied. - Our property accepts groups of friends up to 4 people maximum. For families, we accept up to 6 guests maximum. - You can park a maximum of two cars in the parking lot. Before you ask any questions, please check the following explanation first. - The jacuzzi pool and sauna are private for 24 hours a day. - Since cleaning times are fixed, it is unfortunately not possible to check in before 2pm or check-out after 10am.
