Close to the CBD, it’s located on a large, private, multi-level block with fantastic outdoor spaces including city views from the promenade pool deck. Heaps of space for guests to spread out, the house welcomes chill times and long days lounging by the gorgeous pool. Guest access The house is all yours - except for the garage and a downstairs room used as storage. Other things to note Pets are strictly prohibited in the downstairs level and bedrooms. Downstairs theatre room is a no shoes and no food zone.
