House by the rushing water

The vacation home has just been completely newly renovated & equipped. On two floors there is an open living space of about 70 square meters. On the ground floor is the bathroom and the first room. On the upper floor is the living area with an open kitchen with a bar and a generous window front as well as the second room. The sound of rushing water serves as a soothing background melody. Other things to note The city of Wernigerode is officially recognized as a resort. In order for us to offer our guests an attractive offer during their visit, the city charges a tourist tax. According to the the tourist tax statute, the production, acquisition, expansion, improvement, renewal and maintenance of tourist facilities is paid. The tourist tax is €3.00 per night and payable person including VAT. A reduction or exemption from the tourist tax is possible. The following are not liable to pay (selection): 1.
