Newly renovated cottage of about 25 well-planned square meters on a scenic plot close to the water, nice nature and fun activities. See more in Gustaf's guidebook when it comes to surroundings and activities. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of two adults and two younger children, there are two 90x200cm beds and one 135x180. The cottage was renovated in 2024 with new floors in the bedrooms, repainted and new wardrobe. New doors in the kitchen, new stove and fan, a smaller combined hot air oven/air fryer and washing machine. New toilet and sink. The space The area is about 25 well-planned square meters. In the large room, there are two single beds 90 x 200, dining area with room for up to four people, TV and Apple TV with the ability to log in to your own Netflix subscription and other apps that are available. There are an additional 1-2 beds 125x180cm, as the bed is only 180cm long, it is most suitable for children. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction stove, microwave, smaller hot-air oven, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine. Outside the cottage is a patio with seating for four people, there is also access to a barbecue. If the grill is not outside, just ask for it. Access to swings, slide and playhouse, as well as space for soccer, kubb or croquet. Bed sheets and towels are included, please let us know if you bring your own. Iron and ironing board are available to borrow. If there is anything you are missing once you have arrived, just ask and we will try to solve it. A men's and a women's bicycle are available for rent. Guest access On the property there is a large lawn where you can play soccer, kubb or croquet, equipment is available to borrow. There's also a playground with swings, a slide and a playhouse A man's and a woman's bicycle are available to borrow. 300 meters from the property, there is a swimming area.
