Ideally located in the heart of the Nartelle area, 2.5 km from the beach and 5 km from Sainte-Maxime. The villa has three bedrooms with two bathrooms, equipped with a fitted kitchen overlooking a covered terrace overlooking the pool facing the sea. Your evenings or days will be animated by the petanque court, foosball and ping pong table. Parking on the property. The space The Provencal-style villa welcomes you for your family vacation with: - these 2 bedrooms on the ground floor at the end of the living room (a pink bedroom, a blue bedroom) decorated with cupboards and two beds of 90 x 190 cm. (Depending on your wishes, the beds will be separated or combined to make a double bed) In the middle of the 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub. These three rooms overlook a small library hallway where you will find a wide selection of novels. - From the entrance room, you will find a staircase that leads to the upper floor and the master suite with en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, bidet and toilet) and its private balcony facing the sea. (4 single beds, 2 of which are joined) - A spacious kitchen opening onto the covered veranda, with the dining area and in the living room dining area. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The cooktop is gas (cylinder outside). The covered veranda allows you to have your meals in the shade, with sea views, close to a foosball table. - The kitchen also leads to a large living-dining room with bay windows opening onto the pool and the sea. The dining room is equipped with a round marble table for 6 people and a sideboard. The living room is furnished with a 3-seater sofa set, and 2 matching armchairs, placed in front of a fireplace (insert) with a TV corner with a medium-sized flat screen that receives channels by TNT or ASTRA. A bridge table serving as a desk is positioned facing the bay window. - In front of the living and dining room a staircase leads to the pool area. It measures 5 m/10 m and the water is treated with salt, which is a gesture for ecology. The terrace is equipped with 7 pool deckchairs and 2 terracotta square parasols and a pool shower. - At the bottom of this terrace, you arrive on the games terrace, with a ping pong table, a petanque court under the shade of a fig tree. Further down, a wooden shed where the game accessories are stored. Since this year, the house is equipped with fiber optics, and of course WIFI. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. The villa is classified 3 stars. Guest access Access to the city center is fast, but requires a car, by the seaside or by the Route du Débarquement. At the exit of Sainte Maxime, towards Plan de la Tour, many shops have been set up with easy parking, Picard, bakeries, Bio Coop, Nicolas, etc. There are also several large supermarkets. Halfway, a cultural complex with a beautiful media library and several movie theaters. Want to enjoy the sea? La Nartelle beach is 2 km away, either 15/20 minutes on foot or a few minutes by car. Other things to note - To park, you have a parking space in the descent from the gate to the garage, or else you can leave it on the street. - Is a pet accompanying you? It is welcome. But, for hygiene reasons, I ask you to make it relieve itself outside the garden. You will be asked for an extra charge per day: €15/day - In the house, you will find guides and maps to help you organize excursions, such as visiting villages in the hinterland, and the tourist sites of the Var and the Maritime Alps. - Upon arrival, you will find on each bed a set of bed linen and a set of towels.
