Set in rural surrounding with open views toward paddocks yet has easy access to the centre of Leeds, Harrogate and York. Its ideal for a cosy weekend retreat and is perfect for walks in the countryside which are on the doorstep. For those that wish to explore further afield the Yorkshire Dales and the coastal resorts on the east code are easily accessible. There are many local events within reach including The Great Yorkshire Show, Bramham Horse trials, Harrogate Flower Show and Leeds Fest The space The place has a double bedroom and a large sitting/dining area which also has a double sofa bed if required. We can also provide a Z bed if required to make a 5 person accommodation. Guest access A detailed access arrangement email will be sent prior to the stay. Other things to note The kitchen is small but functional with a mini fridge. There is a fridge/freezer in the ground floor entrance hall and down stairs cloak room. There is a wet room/ shower with wash hand basin and toilet on the first floor.
