Proximity to the jetty in Tønsberg with what you can wish for of nightlife, shopping, cafes etc. Walking distance to swimming/playground, football pitch, forest terrain, and many great beaches in the area. Here you will find an electric car charger, good parking and space for bicycles. This is a well-equipped, spacious and stylish home of high standard. If necessary, a dressing table, baby cot and chair can also be provided. Bus stop 50 m from the door with frequent departures. The space On the ground floor you will find bedrooms 2 and 3 where there is room to add cots if needed. In this bedroom 2 there is a workplace and a large TV. From this room there is a sliding door out to the terrace and garden. A lovely place in the morning/ day. Bedroom 3 is a smaller bedroom, but also with a nice bed. Both bedrooms have space for a baby cot if needed. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink as well as a separate laundry room with both washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor On the second floor you come up into an open airy living room, with the kitchen and dining table, TV and a lovely sofa group. The kitchen is well equipped with what you need to prepare what you may want. Of kitchen appliances there is a coffee maker, capsule machine, blender, hand blender, mixer, toaster, ice maker, air fryer etc. If you need the ironing board, it is integrated in a kitchen drawer. From the kitchen there is an exit to the balcony, with seating area, dining area, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and lovely view. Here you have sun from the morning until the sun sets. Bedroom 2nd is on the 2nd floor. This has a large sliding door wardrobe with good storage space and large bathroom right next door, with bathtub, shower, washbasin and WC. There is a heat pump with air conditioning function in the living room, as well as sunshade on windows. The stairs are child proof. Guest access I have locked two rooms on the 1st floor that cannot be used by the tenant, otherwise there are private matters in drawers and cabinets.
