Step onto the deck off the back to enjoy the serene surroundings, or gather around the shared courtyard's fire pits in the fully fenced yard. The space We are located just a few minutes down the road from Starved Rock and one block from downtown Utica and are part of a 9 unit vacation rental complex known as Landers House and Lodging. Experience Utica's quaint downtown with the main road Mill St closed from May to September for outdoor dining and live entertainment. Guest access This suite is located in The Lodge at Lander’s building at 125 E Church St. You will enter the main door and your suite will be on the first floor is labeled #3. The unit is in a building with 3 other units. Our building has lots of charm but, as an older property, some sound may travel between units. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise and appreciate your understanding! Other things to note Firewood is provided during our busy season (May to October).
