Arta's House is right by the sea. It consists of 2 air-conditioned comfortable bedrooms. The living room is very cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals. For your relaxation, there is a lovely inner courtyard, an ideal space for families and couples seeking a quiet and comfortable beach house! It is only 7 kilometers by car or bus from the historic center of Heraklion, the Palace of Knossos, and the Heraklion Museum. The space The space is designed for a comfortable stay with all the equipment of a regular house. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds. A modern and comfortable living room that accommodates 4 - 5 people. TV, wifi, 2 large state-of-the-art air conditioners, refrigerator, washing machine, and an inner courtyard with beautiful flowers for your relaxation moments! Outside, there is a security camera, right above the main entrance door, which regulates and controls the security of the space. Guest access The house is ground floor and offers a spacious living room with a large comfortable sofa, television, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including an electric oven, refrigerator, and washing machine. There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. In our space, there are also 2 brand new air conditioners of the latest technology. Ideal for staying away from the noise of the city. Other things to note The house is located in Karteros Beach, next to the municipal beach Akti, 200 meters away from the seashore.
