The space Our home consists of an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space in the front which adjoins the spacious outdoor area featuring a dining table and a BBQ grill. At the rear of the home are two private bedrooms both with ensuite baths. There's an additional powder room off the hallway for guests and abundant storage throughout for a short or long stay. There is a large TV in the living room and the primary bedroom. Both ensuite baths have dual sinks and spacious showers. Tucked away behind the kitchen is a laundry room with a family-sized washer and dryer. Guest access You'll have access to the entire front house and front yard. You'll enter through your own private front gate. Other things to note If you book for 31 nights instead of 30 then there are no taxes on the stay, which will save you a bundle! Unfortunately we do not have off-street parking at this time, but there are always plenty of spots on the street. There is one street-sweeping day that you'll need to look out for, but no parking permits are required. We can offer weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping for an additional fee, which includes a change of bedding. The driveway has shared garbage and recycling cans for all units on the property to use.
