Enjoy our charming villa with your family, very well located 200 m from Petite-plage beach. It is a nice cozy and comfortable nest in a beautiful unique wooded park in Petite-plage. You will find a relaxing and pleasant environment with all amenities. There is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. A cook can, if you wish, prepare good meals for a fee. To reach the city center: bus and bajaj 300 m away. The space * 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 double sofa bed, 1 extra double mattress for an extra €5/day, linen and fans, * 1 living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a fan, 1 kitchen equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator and cooking utensils, * 1 bathroom with shower, sink, mirror and shelf. * 1 separate toilet * 1 large covered terrace furnished with garden furniture (2 3-seater sofas that can be used as extra beds) and a large dining table with benches. * 1 large garden fenced and guarded by two guards/gardener. A barbecue. Private and guarded parking spaces. Direct access to the beach. We do not have a washing machine but we can recommend a serious laundress, for an additional charge of €2
