Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Only 2 miles to downtown St. Augustine historical district and only 6 miles to Anastasia Beach. Close to shopping & restaurants, or choose to stay in and cook a homemade meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or grill steaks on the lanai. Enjoy complimentary coffee on the covered patio in your fully fenced backyard. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a six top dining table for your family dinner. The space 1) Please make sure that the doors are locked whenever you leave the property. The property cannot be left unsecured during your absence. 2) No pets other than service animals with prior approval of host. 3) Any damages to the property will be subject to additional cleaning and repair fees. 4) Smoking outside of the home ONLY! An ashtray is provided on the back porch. Please be courteous and dispose of cigarettes properly. 5) Parties and/or events are not permitted. Guest will be asked to vacate without refund if it is discovered that this rule has not been followed. 6) The home is equipped with an outdoor grill and has propane for your use. Please do not replace cover after use so this will alert us to clean it. 7) This home is equipped for 6 occupants and under no circumstances should the number exceed that. 9) There is NO parking in the garage and it should not be used to enter or exit the property. Please do not operate garage door. You may enter the garage from inside the home to use provided beach essentials and washer/dryer. 10) Please notify me you have checked out. Three bedrooms: Dedicated workspace in master bedroom, Smart TV’s in family room and each bedroom,1 king, 2 queens. Guest access Entire home except for owner’s closet. And parking is available in the driveway and the street but we request that you do not park in the garage or operate the exterior garage door. Entry and exit should only occur through the front door. Other things to note Please be patient with us while we are growing our grass. We have lots of landscaping plans once it’s all filled in.
