We rent our house close to all sights and amenities: only a 10-minute walk to the SNCF train station or the city center. Trams T1 and T2 are within a 2-minute walk. During the 24 Hours of Le Mans, you can reach the circuit in 20 minutes via the tram. The house is comfortable both in summer and winter: enjoy the terrace or the stove depending on the season. Well equipped, it is very suitable for small children (baby bed, highchair, bathtub, etc.). The space This is our personal accommodation, so you will have access to books, board games, etc. for all ages. The bed in the master bedroom has a good quality mattress, the second bedroom is equipped with a child's bed, it is possible to install a double mattress on the floor. Finally, in the living room, the sofa is convertible into a bed for 2 people, of good quality. At most, it is possible to accommodate 6 people and 1 child.
