Private Room With Ensuite Bath

Room 5 is a first floor private room with a full sized bed and ensuite bathroom. This room is in the front of the house, so the amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains can be enjoyed on the second floor balcony or from any of the outdoor spaces. Located in beautiful Amherst, Virginia, we are convenient to Route 29, downtown Lynchburg, Liberty University and Sweet Briar. We have a total of 8 private rooms. The space There are four private rooms with private baths on the first floor and three rooms plus a two-room suite (all with private baths) and a laundry room on the second floor. There is a common living room space on the second floor at the top of the stairs and an upper level balcony to enjoy the view is accessible through Room 8. Guests are welcome to enjoy any of the outdoor spaces not indicated as private. Guest access Keypads allow access to all outer doors. You will receive the code with check-in instructions the day that you arrive. Your room key will already be in the room, allowing for self check-in at any hour. During your stay Your room is completely private. There are common indoor areas with couches and all the outdoor spaces are shared with other guests.
