Our house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, in the most beautiful city of Serra Gaúcha, fragrant and clean to welcome you and your family. In addition, we can provide you with contact with nature and beautiful landscapes. It is about 50 m2 with 1 double bedroom suite with electric shower and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. The living room is cozy and has cable TV, a sofa bed, and we've included some necessary kitchen utensils to welcome you. The space Our house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you will only hear the sounds of nature. Nearby we have the services of supermarkets with a bakery, pharmacy, cafeteria, museums, gas station, beauty salon, restaurants, fitness center, car rental and very close to EXPOGRAMADO, where some Christmas Light shows are held. We are less than 3 km from Rua Coberta and the festival palace, less than 5 minutes by car. Covered parking for 2 cars. In the listing, the price refers to 2 people, as the number of guests increases, the price increases up to the limit of 6 people. You will be in a complete and pleasant house, unlike being in a hotel room. The house does not have air-conditioning. For the summer, we provide fans for all rooms, and for the winter, the beds have thermal sheets. Guest access We have ample parking for 2 cars, covered and inside the courtyard of our house, which is all fenced and has an electronic gate for which we provide an access control. Our property has steps and access to the parking lot is necessary to climb a hill that has a slope. Other things to note The voltage is 220v, we provide a minibar, a microwave, an electric iron, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a hairdryer and some kitchen utensils.
