The space The cottage includes a king bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. The original 1946 mosaic tile floors add historic charm you won’t find anywhere else. You’ll have modern amenities like Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a cozy dining space. Outside, enjoy the private deck, fire up the grill, or relax in the fenced yard. The space is pet friendly and perfect for dogs to stretch out while you enjoy the coastal breeze. Ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage, private deck, and fenced yard. Self-check-in is available via a secure keypad. Free parking is available directly outside the home. No shared spaces—this is a private retreat just for you. Other things to note Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends at Beachside Villa! There is a $25 fee per pet (limit 2 pets per stay). We don’t restrict pet types—as long as they’re well-behaved and supervised. We just ask that pets aren’t left alone or unattended inside the home unless they are securely crated, and that guests clean up after their pets both indoors and out. We love being able to keep Beachside Villa pet-friendly, so thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. 🐾
