Modern and cozy apartment renovated in 2024. Second floor without an elevator. Living area with furnished kitchen and dishwasher, Wi-Fi, double bedroom (with air conditioning), second bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, two small balconies. The location of the property is strategic, close to shops and supermarkets, bus stops and public offices: 15 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and 10 from the Latina Fiori shopping center (with pharmacy and restaurants). The space The living area has a comfortable table with a maximum of 6 seats and a three-seater sofa (convertible into a sofa bed). The 40-inch TV is placed on the wall in front of the wifi router. The open kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, all utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and coffee machine. In the hallway, just inside, there are umbrella stands and coat hangers with a bag rack. Immediately after, there is a large shoe rack and a mirror. The next entrance along the corridor is the very bright bathroom, equipped with bidet, shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Below you enter the double bedroom with balcony, with TV, air conditioning, three-door wardrobe with mirror and a comfortable desk with drawers. The last room is a room with bunk beds, equipped with a three-door wardrobe and a comfortable desk. November 2025 update: a new shower box and an autoclave were installed on the balcony to solve the problem of poor water flow that sometimes affects apartments in the center of Latina. Guest access The apartment is entirely and exclusively reserved for guests. There are no shared spaces. In addition to the rooms, there are two small balconies in the dining room and in the double bedroom. Always pay attention to the mosquito nets when going out on the balcony! Other things to note Attractions for cultural and/or sports tourism: The elegant Giannini Museum in Latina, for electricity and mechanics enthusiasts. Oasis of Ninfa, defined by the New York Times as "the most beautiful garden in the world". The Piana delle Orme Museum, a park-museum with countless artifacts from the Second World War. Canoe tour on the Cavata River in Sermoneta, to row to the natural springs. Climbing on the Bassiano Cliff (Scoglio dell'Araguna). Two-seater paraglider to fly over the beautiful Norma.
