Pipehouse was converted in 2023/2024, taking a former barn to create a stunning holiday cottage on the farm. Perfect for a family getaway or a break with friends, three bedrooms mean everyone can enjoy their own space. There's even bunk beds to keep the kids happy. The open plan living area is perfect for family meals and game nights, with everything you need in the kitchen to rustle up a feast. The outdoor space is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings on an evening. The space Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Living area: Log-burning stove, Smart TV and patio doors leading to outdoor space Kitchen area: With electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and doors which open out to the garden. Bedroom 2: With bunk beds*. Bedroom 3: With zip and link kingsize bed, (can be split into twin beds upon request). Family bathroom: Bath with shower overhead, toilet and heated towel rail. Second bathroom: Standalone shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Note, Bunk Beds: Children under the age of 6 must not use the upper bunk, and children under 3 must not use the bottom bunk. Always adhere to the maximum weight capacity (120 kg) to prevent collapse or instability. Use the ladder for safe access to the top bunk. Avoid using guardrails as climbing aids.
