Pipehouse is a beautifully converted Cotswold barn, perfect for family getaways or trips with friends. With three bedrooms, including bunk beds for children, it offers open-plan living ideal for dining and relaxing together. Enjoy peaceful countryside views, outdoor space for unwinding, and walking routes right on your doorstep. The space Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Living area: Log-burning stove, Smart TV and patio doors leading to outdoor space Kitchen area: With electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and doors which open out to the garden. Bedroom 2: With bunk beds*. Bedroom 3: With zip and link kingsize bed, (can be split into twin beds upon request). Family bathroom: Bath with shower overhead, toilet and heated towel rail. Second bathroom: Standalone shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Note, Bunk Beds: Children under the age of 6 must not use the upper bunk, and children under 3 must not use the bottom bunk. Always adhere to the maximum weight capacity (120 kg) to prevent collapse or instability. Use the ladder for safe access to the top bunk. Avoid using guardrails as climbing aids.
