The house is located inside a residence with a swimming pool (which can be accessed at an additional cost of 1 euro per day per person), and a multi-purpose condominium sports field (tennis, soccer and basketball), with direct access to the sea. On the beach there is a bar with services. The space The villa is spread over several levels. On the ground floor, there is a veranda and a garden with a barbecue. From the veranda we go down 2 steps and we are in the living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette. On the mezzanine floor, there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a washing machine, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Upstairs is the other bedroom with a full-size bed. Due to the presence of numerous steps, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or who use a wheelchair to get around. Other things to note The house is about 6 km from the village, which can be reached by shuttle if you do not have a car. In the village you can find several supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias. Cagliari Elmas Airport is about 60 km away, 1 hour by car. Electricity has an extra cost of 0.30 euros per kW. Bed linen and towels are not provided. For those who request it, there is only one supply at an additional cost of €40 per room and includes sheets, 2 face towels and 2 shower towels.
