Enjoy swimming in the sparkling pool; taking easy walks along the lakeside to the beach and fireside braais/BBQs on balmy evenings! The space The house is in a secured estate, with off-street parking for 3 cars. The "Master Bedroom" has a double bed, sitting area and an en-suite bathroom with a stunning view of the lake and access to the pPatio, garden and pool. The Lakeside Bedroom has a double bed, with a view of the lake and access to the patio and pool. The Garden bedroom has a double beds and a view to the back garden. The Lakeside and Garden bedrooms share a full bathroom. The Sitting Room is double-volume and spacious, with a fireplace and TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The Mezzanine has a bonus sofa-bed and a view over the lake to the sea. The Patio opens from the Sitting Room, the Master Bedroom and the Lakeside Bedroom. It has an outside dining table. The Pool and entertainment area had a firepit and a Weber braai for long, lazy summer evenings!
