The space The main entrance is down the driveway, on the right side of the house under the porch. The main entrance, complete with a smart lock, allows you the freedom to arrive and depart on your own timetable. Inside, a cozy entryway leads you to the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. Access to the patio is also available through the sliding glass doors in the living room. Beyond this, the newly renovated bathroom with laundry and two bedrooms await. These comfortable bedrooms are bit tight, but provide all you'll need to get a restful night sleep! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire lower level. The driveway to the right of the house is also for guest use. Other things to note This is a lower level apartment with another home above it. You may encounter guests from the upper level, but the space is clearly divided so this should not be an issue. There could also be sound transfer but please let us know if there is an issue. There is also a small half step as your enter into the apartment and an other small half step as you enter into the hallway towards the bedrooms and bathroom. Please see floor plan for more details.
