Casa Tranquila - Quiet House

A small 1 bed house on a hill in a quiet location surrounded by nature and animals. It is close to the town center, just a 5 min drive away. The small house dates back over 200 years and before renovation has been used in the past for pigs, cows and other animals. Ideal for walkers, bikers or anyone that wants to escape the city. Beautiful scenery with surrounding hills and a view over the town. We do have a sofa bed in the lounge area that can accommodate children or an additional adult. The space IMPORTANT NOTE: The property is situated up an unmade road and it is bumpy in parts. A 4x4 with clearance is ideal to get up the track. A low car may get damaged. Please also note that the sat nav can take you the wrong way so head for BB4 6HS up Lomas Lane way. Guest access The house and garden are fenced off privately so you can use all the space provided. It is also situated next to a working farm. Other things to note Please use what is in the house.
