Old farmhouse

Our accommodation is an old farmhouse from 1836 under renovation, 50 minutes south of Toulouse, in the middle of 6 hectares. Friendly and rural. The neighbors seem far away but the village is 2 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike. Walking trails all around with a beautiful view of the Pyrenees. It's hot in winter, cool in summer. The + in winter: A warm living room with stove, a large bathtub and a giant screen to project movies. Ideal for cocooning! (We have a kitten) The space On the ground floor: a large living/dining room/kitchen with stove. A table for 8-10 people. Upstairs: a living room-library open to the staircase (with daybed) as well as a large bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Two with a 160 cm bed and two with a 140 cm bed. One of them is also equipped with everything you need for babies: bed, changing table, games... A small terrace faces the kitchen with an outdoor living room. But to better enjoy the landscape, we go mainly to the large terrace-mezzanine at the top of the barn or in the orchard near the tractor. In the barn (open) there is a pool table, a dart board, a ping pong table. It is a convenient accommodation for those who want to spend the holidays reading comics, watching movies and other leisure activities, as well as for those who want to wander in the fields around, visit the cute little villages (and enjoy their festive and cultural activities), the caves, go hiking or swim in Lake Carla Bayle! Other things to note We will ask you to bring your own linens (two 140 beds and two 160 beds) and towels, with some exceptions. The house can possibly accommodate more than 8 people but with small extra beds. Please let us know in that case. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information!
