As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a sense of calm and tranquility. The interior reflects the essence of the surrounding nature, with earthy tones, wooden accents, and large windows that invite the breathtaking beauty of the valley indoors. Tree House: Connected to the main residence yet offering a secluded sanctuary of its own, our enchanting TREE HOUSE awaits, nestled within the embrace of the verdant canopy. The Tree House, as the name suggests, is perched on top of the property. **The Stay: - The villa has 4 spacious AC bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. - King Size Beds, Premium linen and bedding for ultimate comfort. - Essentials like Wardrobe, convenient charging points in all rooms. - Bathrooms - (4 Attached Bathrooms + 1 Powder Room in the living area). - The bathrooms have modern fittings and geysers for hot water. - Essentials like toiletries and towels are provided. **Meals: All meals included – The property is fully serviced and comes with a full-time in-house cook. All the meals are included (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner). We have a pre-set vegetarian only menu that will be shared with you before arrival. Any special requests for children can be shared with us in advance and we will try our best to accommodate the same. Guests are free to bring in non-vegetarian food from outside. **Outdoor Spaces and Private Pool: - The villa has a 24*7 private infinity pool overlooking the mountains. - Two large outdoor seating areas to relax, unwind and get togethers. - Attached balconies with seating areas **Living Area: - The villa also has two large living spaces to get together with your family & friends. - Large Television screen is available in one living space for you to enjoy. - Listen to your favorite music with our Bluetooth speakers. Music volume to be lowered if playing outdoors, enjoy the sounds of nature. Guest access Our property offers no shared spaces, ensuring that you can enjoy an undisturbed and private stay. During your stay, you will have full access to the entire villa, including the pool and lush lawns. Other things to note House rules and things to note: • When we say secluded, we mean it. The house is located on an idyllic mountain with no stores/amenities nearby. The nearest market is 15 minutes away. • Parking is available at the property. • Bonfire arrangements can be made on demand but is not possible during monsoons. • Generator and power backup are available in case of power cuts. • Smoking is only allowed outdoors, please do not smoke inside the house. • Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. • ID Verification is mandatory at the time of check-in. • DJ or any other speaker strictly not allowed. Guest can use our in-house speaker for music. Lower the volume post 10:00 PM. • Pool instructions – Please wear appropriate pool clothing. Food & Drinks can be served on the poolside, but please don’t take them in the pool for safety and hygiene reasons. Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. • The pool is surrounded by nature and trees, so even if you spot a few leaves, be rest assured that the water is perfectly clean. • The house is in a forest area, insects, bugs, reptiles, monkeys & snakes (rarely) are a common sighting. Please don’t get alarmed and inform the caretaker. • First aid kit is available with us. • Board Games and activities available, ask our caretaker for the same. • Pet Rules – Please do not allow the pets up on the furniture like sofas and beds as it can stain the upholstery. Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool. There is a lot of open space, keep your pets under supervision. Any damage because of the pet will be charged over and above. • Laundry – Washing Machine & Air Dryer are available in the house.
